ALL YOUTH SPORTS PROGRAMS
Our Youth Basketball program is for youth ages 4-18. This program is designed to develop fundamental basketball skills while learning, teamwork, strategy, and sportsmanship.
Our Cheerleading program offers girls ages 4-18 the chance to learn the importance of teamwork while learning new skills & cheering on our YMCA Youth Sports teams. Cheerleading helps build strong self-esteem and self-confidence while developing social skills and healthy relationships with other girls.
Our Youth Soccer program is for youth ages 4-12. The program is designed to teach each player the basics of the sport and game, as well as further develop and strengthen their soccer skills.
Our Swim Team helps both novice and more experienced swimmers improve their strokes and technique through regular practices. Team members are also given the chance to enter into competitive swim meets.
Taekwondo is a Korean Martial Art that focuses on training participants with respect and discipline. Students will learn conditioning exercises, basic movements & form, kicks, strikes (hand techniques), blocks, and self-defense skills.
