Youth Fitness Camp

The Youth Fitness Camp at the D.A. Turner YMCA allows young boys and girls develop flexibility, strength, speed, agility, coordination, and power. Through innovative training techniques, participants will learn different types of exercises along with nutritional principles and team building activities to improve performance.

Participants must be between 11-17 years old.

Each camper will receive a Fitness T-shirt along with special performance awards.
