Small-Group Training

SMALL GROUPS, BIG RESULTS

Small-Group Training (SGT) will make you stronger, leaner and faster with the help of a knowledgeable professional trainer. Our sessions focus on metabolic conditioning and functional movement.  The energy of a small group workout will keep you committed, motivated, energized and on track to reach your fitness goals.
 

Inside our 'F.I.T. Zone' (functional interval training), participants will use ropes, kettlebells, bars, TRX equipment, and more which encourages individual progression and skill development.

REGISTRATION & COST

Small-Group Training classes are intentionally small - usually no more than six to 10 participants per session and led by a certified personal trainer. All registrations are completed at the YMCA. 

Each session runs for 10 weeks and costs $100 (for Members) or $125 for non-members.

SGT is offered at the JOHN P. THAYER branch ONLY
