Group Fitness Classes
We offer a wide variety of group fitness classes that are free for all members. Whether you are a beginner or a pro, we guarantee you will find a class that will fits your needs.
Classes are available at our John P. Thayer or D.A. Turner locations.
A journey of hill climbs, sprints, and flat rides to boost your cardio fitness. Classes available in 30, 45, or 60 minute formats with varying levels of intensity.
CORE 30: builds strength and stability as well as balance and coordination. Modifications available for every fitness level.

Experience an ego-free zone - no dance experience required class.
