We offer a wide variety of group fitness classes that are free for all members. Whether you are a beginner or a pro, we guarantee you will find a class that will fit your needs. With over 150 classes offered each week, you'll find everything from low-impact and beginner classes, to cardio fitness, dance, Pilates, cycle, advanced cycle, Yoga, kickboxing and more.

YMCA group fitness classes are for YMCA Members age 10 and older.  Age 15 and older for Body Pump and Sprint. Members under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
