Scheduling a fitness assessment is the perfect place to start. For your initial session, you will work closely with a YMCA Wellness Coach to determine your level of fitness and begin setting goals for yourself. With the support of the YMCA staff motivating you to continue the habit of healthy living, you will be on your way to a healthier YOU!
Fitness assessments are FREE to all YMCA members.
