Working with a trainer is one of the fastest and most successful ways to improve your overall fitness. This individualized attention from our professionally trained staff will help you custom design a program so you can make the lifestyle and physical changes that may be hard to achieve on your own.

Meet Our Trainers

I am a certified personal trainer who has over ten years of experience. I can train people of all ages. Trainees have included people concerned with health and every day fitness, weight loss, senior adults and athletes. I have taken three different college classes in Anatomy and Physiology, and after graduation also tutored college students in those subjects.  Fitness has always been a big part of my life. I have worked out for over twenty years.  I enjoy sharing my knowledge and passion for fitness to help others reach their goals.

Aaron Hollis

I have been active the majority of my life. When I stopped playing sports, I became very overweight. I began working out at the YMCA, later becoming a group fitness instructor in 2012, losing over 50 lbs. Fitness has become a passion of mine, and I want nothing more than to share that with you. I am a strong believer in progress, not perfection, and motivating others to have the confidence in themselves to accomplish a happy, healthier life. I look forward to working with you!

I am Personal Trainer with a passion for keeping people moving!  My primary focus is working with Baby Boomers and beyond.  I earned my Personal Training certification in 2007 through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America(AFAA) and hold other certifications in Group Fitness (AFAA), Yoga (Yoga Fit level 1), and SilverSneakers.

I enjoy motivating people with safe and proper technique to prevent injury and help my clients live a healthy and fit lifestyle. I am a Pilates specialist that has worked with clients with osteoporosis, weight loss, strengthening, balance, flexibility, cardio training and post natal. I enjoy developing challenging and interesting training programs to progress with your needs. Kids are great! I have worked with my children to create a happy healthy life style. Jeanette Wisenall

Stay physically and mentally STRONG with Shannon!  Fitness has always been a part of my daily life.  I am a former collegiate basketball player, coached and led many youth sports camps and have always maintained an active lifestyle as an Army wife.  After taking a break from my business career in sales to be a stay at home mom and raise our two daughters for six years, I finally returned to my true passion in fitness. As a Les Mills Body Pump Instructor I thrived on seeing members reach their goals which led me to becoming certified as a personal trainer. I will give you everything I have to find a routine that will work for you and help you achieve your goals in the gym and your daily life. Let me help you, and remember it is always easier if you smile!

Shannon Galligan

I love seeing individuals accomplish their goals and would love to be the person to help you do that!  I have been involved with fitness for over 20 years.  I started my journey in the fitness industry in 2010.  I hold a national certification for Group Exercise Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainer through AFAA.  Other certifications I hold are YMCA Strength & Conditioning Instructor, Pilates, and Yoga.  I have worked with a wide range of people; some wanting to lose weight, some wanting to strengthen bones, and others just not sure how to start their fitness journey.  My programs are based on strength conditioning, flexibility, balance, and aerobic training.  I believe fitness is the beginning of what most people want out of life: health, vitality, beauty, strength, confidence, and self-respect.

Sheryl Murphy

I have a back ground in the Medical field in Radiology.  After a few years of working for a local hospital, I decided to be a stay at home mom for several years. During that time, my passion for fitness grew and developed to the point where I wanted to help others learn how to take care of their bodies and encourage them to improve in their fitness journeys as well. In 2009, I became a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor through AFAA. I help facilitate the Boot Camp program offered by the YMCA and I am certified in Les Mills SH’BAM. I love my job and look forward to helping others.
