YMCA Boot Camp is a group class that thrives on hard core positive energy. Boot Camp sessions are held indoors and outdoors. Open to both men and women, it's a great full body workout, but mostly, it's fun. Boot Camp workouts are strength, cardio, and flexibility training all combined in one class. Typical exercises include old-fashioned jumping jacks, push-ups, and sit-ups, along with more intense work for core strength, agility and sports-specific drills. Programs are designed to meet the needs of participants at varying fitness levels who are ready to put in some hard work to see real results.
