Ever wanted to learn how to Ballroom dance? Well, now you can!
Ballroom Dancing burns calories, helps you manage your weight, improves your cardio endurance, posture, and confidence, and doubles as a fun social activity.
Dr. Sampson will lead the class through a variety of dance styles. Don't worry, no experience is necessary.
Participants are encouraged to begin classes at the beginning of a new series in order to better progress along with the series program. Please note: Partners are preferred, but not required.
