Central Gym Schedule

Team Sports

Basketball
Ages 8-17 Emphasis is on skill development and team work.  Normally December-February  One month practice followed by practice and games for two months.  One hour practice and one game per week during the season.  Boys and girls teams.

Little Dribblers Basketball
Ages 4-7 Emphasis is on fundamentals skills, fun, and games.  Group is divided by ages and taught basic skills, rules, drills, and team work.  Boys and girls are together.  The program runs for two months January and February.

Roller Hockey
Ages 8-17 Emphasis is on developing skills and team work.  Up to four weeks practice followed by eight weeks of games.  Normally one hour practice and one game per week during Spring and Fall Seasons.  Boys and girls play together.

Little Roller Hockey

Ages 4-7 Emphasis is on skill development fun and games.  Group is divided between teams for training and games.  Boys and girls play together.  Spring and Fall classes normally run for two months.

 

T-Ball

Ages 4-7 Emphasis is on skill development fundamental skills, fun,  and games.  Spring season is March-May.  Group is divided between teams with all ages on each team.  Normally one hour practice and one game per week during the season.  Boys and girls play together.

 

Soccer

Ages 4-7 Emphasis is on skill development fundamental skills, fun,  and games.  Fall season is September-November.  Group is divided between teams with all ages on each team.  Normally one hour practice and one game per week and one on Saturday.  Boys and girls play together.
