Class Descriptions

20/20/20- Sixty minute class designed for all levels.  This class offers a little bit of everything, including step, aero-box, Hi/Lo, weight training, Pilates, etc.  The key word for this class is variety.  You WILL love this class.

Aqua Fit- Need a low-impact cardio class?  This is the class for you.  It is the ultimate in water aerobics;  60 minutes of cardio, fat burning, and strength training.  Great for any age!

Body Pump- BODYPUMP is a one hour class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat burning.  Les Mills' claim that BODYPUMP is "the world's fastest way to get in shape" is supported by independent research which has confirmed higher than expected fat-burning effects alongside endurance, strength and "wellness" benefits.

Pilates- Pilates works with your "powerhouse", or core muscle groups- abdomen, lower back, hips and buttocks- to sculpt a streamlined body.

RPM- RPM is an indoor cycling program for developing cardiovascular capacity.  Burning up to 700 calories in a single session, RPM is a favorite of those wanting to reduce body fat.  RPM provides a fast improvement in general endurance in lower body strength.

Silver Sneakers- Muscular Strength & Range of Movement.  Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Silver Sneakers II- Cardio Circuit is an advanced group exercise class designed for Silver Sneakers students who have expressed a desire for more cardiovascular and muscular endurance conditioning and have experience with exercise activities requiring advanced levels of agility, balance and coordination.  Silver Sneakers II-Cardio Circuit is a non impact cardiovascular conditioning class presented in a circuit format with alternating resistance tool work and aerobic conditioning choreography.**

Step- A high energy Step workout.  If you don't feel the energy when you come, you will definitely feel it when you leave.  This class shapes and tones the legs, improves coordination, bone density, posture and agility.  It is great for beginners and advanced alike, and suitable for anyone who wants an energetic and results-oriented workout.  Movement predictability allows you to improve with each class you do.  Jump start your body today!

Tai-Chi- Invite a magical flowing presence into you life.  This class is easy to learn, delivers quick energy and health benefits, and awakens your peaceful true inner self.

Turbo Kick- This is the hottest kickboxing class around; It’s kickboxing and so much more! You’ll kick, punch and groove the calories away in this action-packed, super fun, super safe and effective cardiovascular workout.

Yoga- This class stretches and strengthens your body paving the way for physical transformation.  Treat your body to relaxation, rejuvenation, and rest.

Yogilates- Yogilates integrates Pilates and Yoga for complete fitness, strength and flexibility.
