Adult Fitness Classes

RPM-Central Only- RPM is an indoor cycling program for developing cardiovascular capacity.  Burning up to 700 calories in a single session, RPM is a favorite of those wanting to reduce body fat.  RPM provides a fast improvement in general endurance and an increase in lower body strength.

Aqua Fit- If you are looking for a good all-around form of aerobic exercise, try Aqua Fit, the ultimate in water fitness. This is a 60 minute class combining
cardiovascular and resistance training in the pool. Great for beginning to
intermediate level exercisers and those looking for a workout involving minimal
impact to the joints.

Body Pump- BODYPUMP is hailed as The Fastest Way In The Universe To Get In Shape.  BODYPUMP is a strength and endurance training class where muscle and music collide!  Low on complexity but high in fun, BODYPUMP has all of the benefits of traditional weight training combined with time efficiency and predictability.  EVERY BODY is successful in BODYPUMP.  Suitable for just about "EVERY BODY".

Adult Fitness Classes

Pilates- A class that will change the way you feel about your body.  The class utilizes dynamic exercises to get more control over your body and work out some of the stresses from everyday life and exercise.  Your body does so much for you, it is time you do something for your body.

Turbo Kick- This is the hottest kickboxing class around; It's kickboxing and so much more !!  You'll kick, punch, and groove calories away in this action packed, super fun, super safe and effective cardiovascular workout.

Step- is an energizing workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step, you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and  approachable instructors the cardio pushes fat burning systems in to high gear followed by abdominal and core training that shapes and tones your mid-section.

Tai-Chi- Invite a magical flowing presence into you life.  This class is easy to learn, delivers quick energy and health benefits, and awakens your peaceful true inner self.

Yoga- Build flexibility and strength, and leave yourself feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and carefully structured stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body in to a state of harmony and balance.
